What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL and OBJ files. STL is the most reliable format for automated quoting — it stores pure triangle mesh geometry and is universally supported. OBJ is accepted for models with UV texture or color data. The instant quote tool accepts files up to 10 MB. For larger files, contact us and we will arrange a transfer.

How long does 3D printing take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are printed within 1–2 business days. Small fidget toys and utility prints are typically ready the same day. Larger or more complex prints may take 2–3 business days. Custom design projects (Design Your Own service) include an additional design phase — we provide a timeline estimate when you submit your brief.

What materials do you print with?

We print with PLA, PETG, and TPU using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. PLA is our most popular material — rigid, detailed, and available in 20+ colors. PETG offers improved heat and chemical resistance, ideal for functional parts. TPU is flexible and impact-resistant, suited for soft fidget toys, phone accessories, and gaskets.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are based in Ra'anana, Israel and ship both domestically and internationally. Domestic (Israel) delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I upload a custom model?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Upload your STL or OBJ file on the Instant Quote page to get a price estimate in seconds. We accept models exported from Fusion 360, Tinkercad, Blender, SolidWorks, and any other tool that exports to STL or OBJ. If your file exceeds 10 MB, contact us and we will arrange a secure file transfer.

Can you help design a model?

Yes — our Design Your Own service is built for this. Describe your idea in words, share a sketch, or send a reference photo and we will model it for you and print it. Pricing is per project based on complexity. We typically respond with a quote within 24 hours.

Question 7

What happens if my print arrives defective?

Accepted Answer

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, we will reprint it or issue a refund. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference, but we stand behind every print we ship. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Question 8

Can you print logos or copyrighted designs?

Accepted Answer

We can print logos and branded designs only if you own the rights or have written permission from the rights holder. We do not knowingly reproduce designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or patents. By uploading a design file, you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. We reserve the right to decline any order.
